L.1.- To develop Fundamental Movements.
We did our first session of cricket with Brian from HPCC.
I did a sesssion on throwing a set of stumps.
We had to hit two balls off the cones as far as we could.
Lastly we did a catching drill with two balls in a big circle
I was so tired at the end from all the running.I need to work on aming when throwing.
